29 CFR  1910.95(d)(1)(i): 29 CFR  1910.95(d)(1)(i): A monitoring program was not implemented to include a sampling strategy designed to identify employees for inclusion in the hearing conservation program and to enable the proper selection of hearing protectors.  a) Throughout the facility, on or about 7/1/21: A noise monitoring program was not developed for employees throughout the work site including but not limited to the debarker. Noise dosimetry based on 8 hour time weighted averages found levels of noise to be between 88.41 dBA and 90.46 dBA, in employee work areas.  Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
