Specifically, training was not provided on the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area, including continuous monitoring devices, visual appearance or odor of hazardous chemicals when being released, the physical, health, and asphyxiation, hazards of chemicals in the work environment and the measures employees can take to protect themselves from these hazards, including appropriate work practices and emergency procedures.
