29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  At a new construction jobsite located at 16087 Kansas City, Missouri 64152, employees were exposed to eye and face injuries from flying particle hazards. Employees conducting residential framing work were observed working with assorted power tools without eye and face protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  At a new construction jobsite located at 16087 Kansas City, Missouri 64152, employees were exposed to serious fall hazards. Employees conducting residential framing work were observed working at elevation without the use of fall protection systems. Employees were exposed to fall hazard distances of between 10 to 13 feet to the ground below.
