1910.1030(c)(1)(iv): The Exposure Control Plan was not reviewed and updated at least annually and whenever necessary to reflect new or modified tasks and procedures which affect occupational exposure and to reflect new or revised employee positions with occupational exposure.   (a)	SH1 Aspen Ridge LLC dba Aspen Ridge Alzheimer's Special Care Center at 622 28 ? Rd., Grand Junction, CO 81506:  On and before June 30, 2021, the employer did not review and update at least annually their Exposure Control Plan to reflect new or modified tasks and procedures which affect occupational exposure for employees responsible for direct patient care and are potentially exposed to, but not limited to, injuries from contaminated sharps. This condition exposed employees to bloodborne pathogens hazards.
