29 CFR  1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity:  (a) At the back corner of the house:  On or about 7/6/2021, the employer did not ensure that a competent person inspected the scaffold system for visible defects, in that the scaffolding was assembled using two different scaffold types and was held together with plywood and tie down straps.
