29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function:  (a) On or about July 6, 2021, and at times prior, employees who were required to wear tight-fitting respirators in the collision and paint department, had facial hair between the skin and seal of the tight fitting respirator. 29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   (a)  On or about July 6, 2021, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees working with AutoMagic Magnificient Tire and Wheel Cleaner, a liquid mixture containing sodium hydroxide, an eye and skin corrosive, had access to an eyewash where the eyewash station was taped up and the water supply was turned off which prevented its use.
