29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about July 6, 2021, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees working with AutoMagic Magnificient Tire and Wheel Cleaner, a liquid mixture containing sodium hydroxide, an eye and skin corrosive, had access to an eyewash where the eyewash station was taped up and the water supply was turned off which prevented its use.
