29 CFR  1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition:  a) At 3141 Riverport Tech Center Drive, Maryland Heights, Missouri, 63043 - On or about July 7, 2021, employees were exposed to struck-by or struck-against hazards while operating a "Hyster" (Model No. S30FT, Serial No. E010V02783F) powered industrial truck that had a damaged brake light and had not been taken out of service until restored to a safe operating condition.  b) At 3141 Riverport Tech Center Drive, Maryland Heights, Missouri, 63043 - On or about July 7, 2021, employees were exposed to struck-by or struck-against hazards while operating a "Crown" (Model No. C51000-50, Serial No. 10031644) powered industrial truck that was missing mirrors and had not been taken out of service until restored to a safe operating condition.
