29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: (a) On or about July 7, 2021, an employee utilized an extension ladder that was not completely assembled to assist in placing/guiding a floor joist. A section of a disassembled extension ladder that did not have slip resistant feet was was used. This exposed the employee to a fall hazard.
