29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: (a) 320 Tower Height Road, Gainesville, Georgia; On or about July 15, 2021, employees performing residential construction, were exposed to burn hazards, where a 2,000 and 100 gallon fuel tank were not protected from collision damage from the vehicles and mobile equipment operating near the fuel tank.
