29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  At the jobsite located at 20915 W. 191 St Spring Hill, KS employees engaged in ground hand activities were exposed to struck-by hazards while working below employees that were performing framing activities in that head protection was not worn.  Employees performing framing activities were handling and transporting equipment and materials.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents:  At the jobsite located at 20915 W. 191 St Spring Hill, KS , employees engaged in residential framing activities with the use of a pneumatic nail gun were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that employees were not wearing eye protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    At jobsite located at 20915 W. 191 St Spring Hill, KS employees engaged in residential construction activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet  or more above lower levels in that were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system in the following instances:  1. On ceiling joist while employees engaged residential framing activities .  2. On the main ground level of the residential construction were employees engaged in ground hand and walking activities around surfaces  were not protected from falling through a hole of 9 ft. and 8 in. of depth.
