29 CFR  1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part.   a) Lofts at Meridian: On or about July 14, 2021; controlling employer did not initiate and maintain an accident prevention program which required the use of a fall protection system or warning line system with safety monitor or a written fall protection plan where employees were exposed to a fall from 37-38 feet while installing metal coping on the leading edge of a parapet roofline.    Note* Abatement certification IS required for this item.
