Such programs would support the employer and employees in identifying and avoiding potential hazards, such as falls during job site operations, decreasing the probability of employee injury and/or illness.

One employee working from atop a residential structure roof was exposed to fall from height of 10 ft. 9" ft. while accessing work area from the ladder.
