29 CFR  1910.502(d)(2): In settings where direct patient care is provided, the employer did not screen and triage all clients, patients, residents, delivery people and other visitors, and other non-employees entering the setting for symptoms of COVID-19.   (a) Eye Associates of Valdosta Georgia, LLC located at 3024 N Patterson Street Valdosta, GA 31602: On or about July 27, 2021, and at times prior to, the employer did not screen and triage all clients, patients, delivery people, other visitors, and other non-employees entering the eye clinic and surgery center for signs and symptoms, thus exposing employees to health hazards such as, but not limited to, SARS-CoV-2 which can lead to the COVID-19 virus.
