Where there is only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge, the width of the exit and exit discharge was not at least equal to the width of the exit access:  Establishment:  The following aisles and passageways to the exits were obstructed by items such as merchandise in storage.  a) Aisle adjacent to the exit discharge door in the backroom.  b) Middle aisle in the backroom. c) Redemption aisle where there were materials and equipment in storage.
