29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Exterior of Casino, Steel Water Storage Tanks:  On or before July 22, 2021, the employer did not ensure employee(s) working at heights above 6 feet were tired off to an anchor point with the ability to support 5,000 pounds per person attached.  Employees were exposed to a 16 foot fall hazard(s).
