29 CFR  1910.133(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a) On or about July 22, 2021 in the residential housing neighborhood employee performing gas powered string trimming operations were exposed to struck-by eye hazards and the employer did not ensure each affected employee used appropriate eye and face protection when exposed to eye and face hazards from flying particles.

29 CFR  1910.243(e)(1)(i):  Power lawnmowers of the walk- behind, riding-rotary, and reel power lawnmowers were not guarded in accordance with the machine guarding requirements in 29 CFR 1910.212, General requirements for all machines:  a) On or about July 22, 2021 at the Arnold Air Force Base housing neighborhood employees were exposed to struck-by and laceration hazards while using gas powered string lawn trimmers and the employer did not ensure guards were installed on the lawn mowers.
