29 CFR 1910.243(e)(1)(i): Power lawnmowers of the walk- behind, riding-rotary, and reel power lawnmowers were not guarded in accordance with the machine guarding requirements in 29 CFR 1910.212, General requirements for all machines: a) On or about July 22, 2021 at the Arnold Air Force Base housing neighborhood employees were exposed to struck-by and laceration hazards while using gas powered string lawn trimmers and the employer did not ensure guards were installed on the lawn mowers.
