29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   1076 North and South Road, University City, MO 63130: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions.  The employees are permitted to perform residential roofing activities without using fall protection systems. On 07/23/201 employees were exposed to fall hazards when conducting residential roofing activities without using fall protection systems.  The employees were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 10 feet from the eaves of the roof to the ground level.
