29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Worksite was located at 122 New York Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07307  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of greater than thirty feet as they were hanging out of the fourth story windows while installing window frames with no fall protection or fall arrest system in place to prevent them from falling to concrete and debris on the ground below.  Violation was observed on or about July 23, 2021
