29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii):The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: (a) On or about July 28, 2021, in the truck check in area between the 480 volts transformers, brooms were stored in front of the 240 volts electrical panel, exposing employees to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i):The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet; a) On or about August 13, 2021 and at times prior thereto, in the battery charging room of the facility, maintenance employees working with lead acid batteries containing sulfuric acid did not have access to a comprehensive list of hazardous chemicals in their workplace.
