29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:  a)Precision International; On or about July 27, 2021 and times prior, employees perform servicing and maintenance activities such as changing blades and equipment repairs.  The employer did not perform annual periodic inspections of the energy control program to ensure the requirements of the energy control standards are met.

29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid:  a) Facility Wide: On or about July 27, 2021 and times prior, employees manufactured aluminum parts utilizing saws, sheers, and foundries  without medical services in nearby proximity were not provided with or have an employee who is trained in first aide on site.
