On or about July 27, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite,  employees performing residential roofing operations, ten (10) feet three (3) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.  b.  On or about July 27, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, eighteen (18) feet nine (9) inch above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
