29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. a) 513 Wyoming Ave., Millburn, NJ Employees were exposed to a fall hazard from approximately 15 feet as the Titan aluminum pump jack system did not have adequate platform fall protection. Violation occurred on or about 07/27/2021.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. Exception: When the employer can demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems, the employer shall develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502. a) 513 Wyoming Ave., Millburn, NJ Employees climbed on to a residential roof using an extension ladder in order to gain access to a pump jack scaffold. The roof was not guarded and employees did not utilize fall protection and a result were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet. Violation occurred on or about 07/27/2021.
