29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Pioneer Elementary, 1937 Dover Rd. Billings, MT: On or about August 2, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 14 feet to the ground below while removing asphalt shingles on a 8-12 pitch roof without fall protection.
