29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards when conducting roofing operations on a residential structure. This was most recently observed on or about August 2, 2021 at 530 E 2nd St., Papillion Nebraska, 68046. Four employees were working on the roof of a residential home at heights of over 6 feet and not utilizing any form of fall protection.
