29 CFR  1910.213(c)(1):Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut.  For employees working in the production area were exposed to possible cut and/or amputation hazards, on or about August 3, 2021 : a) Employees were operating a table saw affixed with a single wide kerf dado blade  without overhead guards in place.  b) Employees were operating the sliding table saw without the overhead guard in place.

29 CFR  1910.141(a)(3):The employer did not ensure that all places of employment were kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed.  Throughout the production area as observed on or about August 3, 2021. The dust and debris from the manufacturing process is not cleaned up during the day creating a slips trips and fall hazard.
