Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.   a. Located at 6402 Low Tide Way in Westerville, Ohio: On or about August 4, 2021, an employee was performing framing work from the second story roof without fall protection, thereby exposed to an approximately twenty foot fall hazard.   b. Located at 6402 Low Tide Way in Westerville, Ohio: On or about August 4, 2021, employees were performing framing work from the second floor at an unprotected stairway opening, thereby exposing employees to an approximately twenty foot fall hazard.
