Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  (a)  Jobsite, Main Roof:  On or about August 6, 2021, two employees were working on the main roof and they were not protected from falling to the ground.  The fall hazard to the employees was about 48 feet.  (b)  Jobsite, Entrance Way Roof:  On or about August 6, 2021, an employee was working on a roof above an entrance way to the building and he was not protected from falling to the ground.  The fall hazard was about 11 feet.
