29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employer failed to provide employees  with hardhats while working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects.  Commercial construction at 2600 Dallas Hwy Marietta GA. 30064, roof work. On or about 7/29/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to overhead hazards in that, employees were performing removal of discarded shingles from the ground level as roofers were throwing it from the upper level. the distance was at a height at or above 15ft to the lower (grown) level.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Employer failed to ensure each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level were protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems;  Commercial construction at 2600 Dallas Hwy Marietta GA. 30064, roof work. On or about 7/29/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, employees were performing roofing work at or above 15 feet without proper fall protection( fall arrest system, guardrail system, safety net system).

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Employer failed to ensure the ladder side rails extended at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder is used to gain access; or, when such an extension is not possible because of the ladder's length, then the ladder shall be secured at its top to a rigid support that will not deflect, and a grasping device, such as a grabrail, shall be provided to assist employees in mounting and dismounting the ladder. In no case shall the extension be such that ladder deflection under a load would, by itself, cause the ladder to slip off its support.  Commercial construction at 2600 Dallas Hwy Marietta GA.  rooftop of the structure: On or about 7/29/2021 and at times prior, employee engaged in roofing activities (shingle removal) were exposed to fall hazards while using a 20ft ladder to access/egress the upper level (roof). The upper level was at a height of approximately 15 feet to the lower (ground) level.
