New residential construction located on Lot #267 Ashton Place, Newnan, GA 30265, Front side of the structure: On or about 08/10/2021, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that eye protection was not provided to employees operating pneumatic nail guns installing siding using this equipment at 130 PSI.

29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1)(i):Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:  New residential construction located on Lot #267 Ashton Place, Newnan, GA 30265, front side of structure: On or about 08/10/2021, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of over 12-feet from the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in siding activities using a ladder jack scaffold system.
