29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Jobsite located at 70 Faggs Manor Rd. Cochranville, PA - 19330: On or about August 10, 2021, the employer did not ensure that a fall protection system was being utilized by employees and/or subcontractors while placing and removing roof trusses approximately 16 feet above ground level, thereby exposing them to fall hazards.
