29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Yima Construction Service LLC  located at 3362 Noreen Drive, Columbus, OH 43221: On and preceding August 18, 2021, the controlling employer did not ensure that employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower level were protected from falls. Roofers were removing shingles and other materials on a roof that varied from 10-17 feet. The employees were not utilizing any form of fall protection which exposed them to falls up to 17 feet.
