29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws:   a) On or about August 18, 2021, in the Saw Area, employees were operating a Selco Beam Saw and utilizing an Orange Electrical Extension Cord with inadequate strain relief.  b) On or about August 18, 2021 in the Rover A3 area, employees were operating the CNC Router with the Electrical power Supply having inadequate strain relief.
