29 CFR  1910.22(a)(2):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes are used, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places were not provided:  Instance a) Workplace, kitchen- Drainage beneath the automatic dishwasher would regularly back up and create  wet floors and slipping hazards for employees working in the kitchen; on or about 8/18/21.  Instance b) Workplace, kitchen- Drainage beneath an electric steamer would regularly back up and create  wet floors and slipping hazards for employees working in the kitchen; on or about 8/18/21  Note:  The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
