29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:  (a)	Winter Park Snow Management LLC at 20 Fox Drive, Granby, CO 80446: On and before August 18, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that approximately 5 employees were engaged in re-roofing activities on a two story apartment building with a roof pitch of approximately 6/12 and a single story adjacent garage without the use of a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 9 feet to 19 feet.
