29 CFR  1926.451(b)(1):Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not  fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports:  207 Main St., Northampton, MA: On or about August 18, 2021 an employee was observed working from a prefabricated scaffold system and the working level was not fully planked.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).

29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not  protected from falling to that lower level:  207 Main St., Northampton, MA: On or about August 18, 2021, an employee was observed working form a prefabricated scaffold system, more than 10 feet above the ground below without any fall protection.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
