29 CFR  1910.28(c)(3):The employer did not barricade the area into which objects could fall, prohibiting employees form entering the area, and keeping objects far enough away from an edge or opening to prevent them from falling to a lower level.   a) On or about August 19, 2021, at the previously addressed work site, employees working from the ground level were not protected from falling tree limbs that have been cut above because the area where the cut tree limbs were to fall was not barricaded and/or marked off to prevent employees from entering the area exposing employees to struck by hazards.   Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
