29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respirator protection program that included provisions in 29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1)(i)-(ix) with worksite-specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a)  Sunny Hill, Inc. working out of House Marilyn located at 2205 Marilyn Drive, Bonne Terre, MO 63628:  On or about August 13, 2021, the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all the provisions of in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix). The employer required employees to wear respirators throughout their shifts while exposed to suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 residents. The violation occurred on or about August 13, 2021 and after.

The employer required employees to wear respirators while providing care to suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 residents. This violation occurred on or about August 13, 2021 and after.
