Physical access was hampered by  a pallet of Xerox copier paper boxes.  b. On or about August 23, 2022, at the storage room next to the employee breakroom, one 10-pounds, ABC dry chemical, portable fire extinguisher was not readily accessible. Physical access to the extinguisher was hampered by a stack of empty plastic storage bins and a couple of retractable belt stanchions.  c. On or about August 23, 2022, near the store main entrance, next to the scanners and radios rack, one 10-pounds, ABC dry chemical, portable fire extinguisher, was not readily accessible. Physical access was hampered by  a plastic bin, trash can and a hand truck with a large box.  d. On or about August 23, 2022, at the corner of the store printing and copying department area, one 10-pounds, ABC dry chemical, portable fire extinguisher, was not readily accessible. Physical access was hampered by  a trash can and a framed dry-erase whiteboard.  NOTES: 1. Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item instances a. and b. since it was submitted prior to citation. 2.
