29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   At jobsite located at 6116 Pflumm Road Shawnee KS 66216 in building #4, employee engaged in residential roofing activities from a 4:12 pitch roof to build the Veterans Park Senior Apartment Complex was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 41 feet from the working surface to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.  29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1) requires certification and documentation that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
