29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about September 1, 2021, and at times prior thereto, on the roof of a newly constructed commercial building in Katy, TX, employees were exposed to a fall hazard exceeding six feet when performing roofing work without a fall protection system.
