29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a)  129 Hartford Road, Medford, NJ:   Employees were receiving and unloading material from a boom truck while exposed to a fall greater than 20 feet from the ground below.   The material was delivered from the second story balcony where the employee was positioned to accept the material.   The employee did not have on personal fall arrest system or guardrail in place to protect from a fall.   Observed on or about August 27, 2021.
