29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  (a)  On or about September 3, 2021, Alpen Construction and Development Company, Inc., as the creating and controlling employer, did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job-site so as to ensure subcontracted employees were protected from fall hazards while engaged in residential roofing operations.       Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
