29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:   5306 Heege Road, Afton, MO 63123: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions.  The employees are permitted to operate pneumatic nail guns without using eye or face protective equipment. On 9/03/2021, the employees did not use eye or face protective equipment when operating a pneumatic nail gun.  The employees were exposed to hazards from flying particles.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  5306 Heege Road, Afton MO 63123:  Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions.  The employees are permitted to work on a roof higher than 6 feet from ground level without using any fall protection systems. On 9/03/2021 employees worked on a residential roof approximately greater than 12 feet from ground level without using any form of fall protection system exposing the employees to fall hazards.
