29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) EPM Construction LLC located at 1637 Drake Aly, Erie, CO 80516; on 9/8/2021 and times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees performing framing work throughout the building were protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems at all times when they were exposed to falls greater than 6 feet.  One framer was exposed to falls exceeding 16 feet when working on the top plate installing trusses without using any form of fall protection.
