Lumber debris with protruding nails was scattered throughout the site exposing employees to trip and puncture/impalement hazards.

The employee was not utilizing a fall protection system or fall arrest harness.  b) The Overlook Lot 196-198 Falling Waters Right Side: On or about September 8, 2021 and times prior, an employee was exposed to a fall of 12 feet frame to ground, while nailing in framing doing framing work  on the front of a new residential townhome. The employee was not utilizing a fall protection system or fall arrest harness.
