OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) 9003 White Church Road, Seven Valleys, PA 17360 " On Or about September 8, 2021, a combination dump truck and flatbed trailer was not fully protected from movement through the use of brake and wheel chocks. No abatement documentation required.
