29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. At 13150 GA 144, Richmond Hill, GA 31324, on the NE corner of Sunshine Breakfast Restaurant, the employer failed to ensure employees were protected from over head hazards by wearing a protective helmet, thus exposing employees to head injuries.
