29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employer failed to ensure each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level were protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) New home construction located at 149 Cranberry Blossom, Lot 91, Dallas, GA - On or about 9/1/2021,  the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while employees working at an unguarded edge of a roof 14ft above the ground without protection from falls when employees were not provided guardrails systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
