29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1)(ii):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  (a)  Jobsite:  On or about 9/10/2021, the stairway (6 risers) to the onsite storage trailer was not fitted with stair handrails on the two open sides.  The stairway was 48 inches in width.
