29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  On or about September 22, 2021, at a construction site on Highway 105 in Conroe, TX,  employees were exposed to fall hazards when working from a Genie Z-62/40 aerial lift to install additional decorative framing to the exterior of a building, without a personal fall arrest system or lanyard attached to the boom or basket of the lift.
